Default Heads for SBC

I am looking for a set of heads for a 412 SBC running 6500-7000 RPM on E85 In a Jet sprint boat. we may change to methanol in the future. What size heads should we be looking for? I am always a little confused about to big or to small I am looking for some opinions

For 23˚ heads call Chad, you won't get a better 23˚ head for the price and will get the correct sized head for your app. He has some great versions using a Profiler casting.

Tell him what your set up it and exactly what you want to do.
jmo, but I'm not fan of off the shelf mail order heads. Way to many variables and always seems to be a different spring or valve than I want.

X3 and you can call them direct to have the heads built to exactly what you want. You do not need to just buy off the shelf.I have done this twice for sbc heads from AFR.
