those miniture motors are cool, i has posted a nitro mini motor
last yr, i'll see if ican find that, its loud :wink:

that is sweet. i remember in the early 90's in popular mech/science there was a company making cobra and t buckets full r/cs with the same motors but they were 10k back then hadnt seen anything since till now these things had lights 2sp trans disc brakes the whole 9 yrds

I shot this picture at the Don Garlits Drag racing museum on vacation last year, its a fully functional 1/4 scale model of Swamp Rat IV, actually runs on a mix of 40% Nitro and 60% Alky. I wanted to take it out in the parking lot and fired it up! Needless to say they wouldnt let me...
