Default Turbo 400 transbrake solenoid question, please look

Can I pull off the brake solenoid from the trans without haveng to do anything else, Its a turbo 400 or is there some internal peices connected that need to come apart as well. I dont know if there is just a seal, oring or whatever that may keep me from doing this...im trying to find out why my new trans is not staying locked when I get on the trnsbrake button...thanks alot, Rob

Yes, the transbrake solenoid can be taken off and tested to make sure it is activating properly. Can you hear the solenoid activating?

Default turbo 400

Yes I can hear the solenoid working and have had the wife get in the car so I could actually watch the solenoid work, I did pull the solenoid out and made sure the valve didnt have any burrs, made sure I had good ground and even made sure there was no voltage drop at the solenoid with everything running, pumps, fuel, fans etc...
