LOL. I stripped 100 pounds of bumpers, springs, lights, etc. off Rabbit and courious what difference it'll make in 60' times. I have a bunch of race calculators, but none for weight vs 60'.
Thanks.

In the 1/4 mile 100 pounds is good for about .1 off your et. I would guess that in 60 feet you might see about .02 difference. Thats on Pavement though, I dont really know about dirt...

60 foot times and et's
10 SEC AND 11 SEC CARS.... RULE OF THUMB. PLEASE REMEMBER THERE ARE ALOT OF VARIABLES FOOT BRAKE VS TRANS BRAKE, TIRE HOOK, SCREWS IN THE RIMS, GEARING, STALL, TIRE SIZE, MPH, ETC.. ETC...........
BUT AGAIN A GOOD RULE OF THUMB ON A 1/4 TRACK
EVERY 100 LBS IS WORTH .10 ON THE ET......AND EVERY .10 @ 60 FOOT IS WORTH .20 AT THE BACK (ET)

I agree with bixblk's guess. I always noticed that if my 60' decreased, the advantage doubled on the big end, even in a 7 second door car.
