inside windsheild glair

Default inside windsheild glair

i have a glare in the windshield of my dash and tach. when i'm watching the tree i have to look thru the glare of the tach and dash. it's still there with the tinted visor down. any suguestions. it's at day time and the windshield is new dot glass

what type of dash,my alunamun( the light stuff) I had to paint the top flat black because of that

That sucks...one thing though the other guy is looking in the same direction as you are so he probably has trouble too....

the dash is a 69 dodge dart and and the metal part is painted silver and the tach is silver. the paded part is satin black. it really sucks since i cant' focus clearly on the tree

got it figured out. the silver auto meter tach and shift light are painted from them a bright silver and reflects light easily. quick fix at the track last night was to put a small black wash cloth over it and------walla! i could see the tree perfectly again. so against my will, i believe that i will paint the tach flat black.
