well them are bad about pulling the rocker studs out..i had a SBChevy Heads and i had 3 studs came out and striped it out and broke it around where the studs go..Me my self i wouldnt get them cause they are junk and not to make u mad but i will never own another set..But now if you wanted to drive them on the street and not turn alot of RPM then they will be good for that..but as far as racing i would stay away from them..But thats me..Its up to you on if u want them or not..

Actually the original heads were made in New Zealand. Their quality control measures were poor and many of the heads, maybe all of them, were released to be sold. They had financial difficulties and RHS ended up buying and re-tooling. I think RHS has dropped the name because of the bad reputation the early heads had. In any case, I'd shy away from them and go with some other known manufacturer.

there is a good post over on 1320techtalk.com about a head porter talking about how poor these heads were when they came out, and have sense been changed and are not to bad. might be worth a read
