Default TH350 AND BBC

Will a th350 bolt up to a bbc?

If it has the Chevrolet bolt pattern.
There were TH350s in Buick, Olds and Pontiac., but the bolt pattern is different.
If it was behind a small block Chevy it will fit the BBC.

That's good to hear. It was on a sbc. Save's me some bucks, for awhile.

Yes, several companys make a adapter plate that allows you to bolt up a BOP TH350 to a chevy motor.

I'd go with a TH400 or a powerglide depending on application.

My Trans builder here in Oregon (he is a bracket racer) told me that a good built TH350 is only acceptable to about 450HP. He will not build one if the application is over that. TH400 is the way to go.
