If your Valve Springs are NOT up to the Standards they should be???
    AND,
They make for ALOT of UNESSESARY Parts Flying around in the Valve Train!
When should you use them? NEVER! Thats JMO??

X2, never, just get the right valve springs for the cam and the weight of the valves you're running.
