Default Determining CG height: An easier way

I've added a page (Page 39) which provides a relatively painless method for determining center of gravity height. No wheel scales or jacks are needed.

I've added 7 paragraphs to clarify use of the spreadsheet. The intent was to go beyond the "engine camshaft height is the same as the car's CG height" method, but some have interpreted the spreadsheet input to require very exact weights and measurements. Hopefully, these extra paragraphs will return the spreadsheet to its intended "easy" application.
