Default How to Finance a Kit Car???

I have a buddy I work with that went to a car show last weekend & decided he wants a kit Cobra (65-67 turn key). He has excellent credit (like 800!!) good money down, but does not want to blow a bunch of savings to buy a toy.... like many of us right now. He is not mechanicly inclined, so he wants a tame driver Cobra w/a small block not too built.

Here are the questions:
1. Is there a place that will finance a kit car??
2. Will they do terms such as 84/120 (w/good down pmt) like on boats/RV's??
3. Anyone know of the interest rates??

I told him I would ask you guys. We checked with "Haggerty" which would do some creative financing & insurance, but not on a kit. Ideas??? Thanks!! Scooter
