these are both good manifolds...est hp 600+...I would like to see more compression in it with those intake and big carbs...maybe 11:1 or 12:1

I'd lose them pro-comp heads too.

650Hp max - your losing alot trying to suck air thru a straw, you need at least a 1050 dominator.

THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE, I CANT FIND MUCH DIFFERENCE IN THE TEAM G INTAKE AND THE 454-R... ALSO WHAT WOULD MAKE A DART OR OTHER HEADS GIVE ME AN ADVANTAGE COMPARED TO THE ALUMINUM PRO-COMP 320'S?.. THIS IS STREET DRIVEN QUITE ALOT, SO I WANTED THIS TO RUN ON PUMP GAS.. WILL A 200 OR 300 SHOT OF NOS MAKE UP FOR THE LOWER COMPRESSION?? SIGNSBYESA YOU HAVE GOOD TASTE BROTHER, MINE IS IN A 62 NOVA, NOVAS RULE! LOL HOPING TO RUN IN THE TENS THIS YEAR!!!

625 ish compression a little low, i would go with 454 r, and no less than 950 carb, 200 to 300 shot, of giggle gas will make up for a lot of short coming's . jmo
