V8 Lawnmower/Show Tractor Raffle ?
Hello everyone,
I no longer compete on the show circuit with my Show Tractor. (The "Cub Ca-debt")
I have won numerous awards and championships at local, state, regional, national and international levels.
It has been featured in magazines and on cable and local tv shows.
My tractor has been in storage for a year now.I am thinking of holding a raffle for it and giving it away in late summer or early fall to raise money for some charities.Such as homes for abused women and children, cancer research and others.
Also a donation would be made in the winners name to their favorite charity.
I would like some input,Would any of you,my fellow RJ members support such a raffle.
If so,How much do you feel the donation for a raffle ticket should be?
Checkout the tractor at my website. www.hotmower.com
Thanks to everyone at RJ,
Avery

I'd say 20 to $25 per ticket is about all most will pay for a raffle ticket. jmo. I know it's worth more, but with my luck I wouldn't win anything anyway.
If I did I'd probably kill myself with the dang thing!! lol

Thanks for voting. It mowed when i first built but about 4 years ago i removed the belt and drive assembly to the blades. That was a lot safer because i would do a raffle for charities at the shows and let the winner drive it around the parking lot.I didn't want anyone to be able to turn on the blades when they were driving it.
We had winners from 2 - 85 years old to drive it.
