Default Engine Temp and Radiator

I just build a blown bbc, gas, in a 3000 67 camaro. What temperature should this engine run and also I need a good aluminim radiator to replace the factory one. Any suggestions?

depends on ur compression, type of blower, amont of boost, your air temp and cooling system, The more power you make the more heat your gonna make.

509 cubes. Blower is a bds 871 w/10lbs of boost. Radiator is stock, which I want to replace, electric shogun waterpump, NO hardbloc, temp into the 90s, at least in the summer.
