rear disc brakes

Default rear disc brakes

Want to convert my 68 camaro with a ford 9 in it to rear disc brakes and would like some input on what I am in for, and hints on which jegs or similar product is the most complete, thanks for any advice.

hey bud, don't know if your looking for a complete rear w/disc or
all you need is an upgrade like i did, i changed to disc bought the
kit and it came ordered for my rear all billet from
www.aerospacecomponents.com also www.strangeengineering.net
they sell complete are upgrade kits, i bought a tube bender and
cutom fit the brake lines good luck :wink: 8)

Wilwood also makes a good kit simple to install. You just need to know what flanges you have on your 9 inch. For example you will have a 4 bolt pattern on your axle flange you need to measure bolt spacing front to back and top to bottom to get the right kit. Hope this helps.
