Default 555 advice

I am planning on building a 555 this winter. Its going to be around 13.1 (unless I opt to go with the 14.5:1 pistons). I'll give the combo I have and then I have a couple of questions, hopefully I can get some input...

Dart 9.8 block 4.560 bore x 4.25 stroke
SRP pistons 13.1:1 compression
6.385 rod
Dart 325 Pro 1 heads, 2.30/1.88's, gasket matched only
Victor 454r intake (4150)
Prosystems 1000 cfm 4150
400 turbo trans
8" ptc converter (5500 behind 468, probably will have to adjust)
4.10 gear for now
28" slick

Car weighed 3430 race ready and will add a little weight with the dart block. Here are my questions:

1. How much will the heads limit this combo? With my weight I would rather make power lower than higher, but I would think the engine should still support over 7000rpm's with the heads

2. What camshaft would you recommend to run with this combo

3. How much power potential and et's are possible?

This is in a g body car btw....

Thanks

1. Heads will limit it I'd say 75hp over a better suited set, one thing is its a heavy car so the smaller head will help that.
2. I'd call Bullet Cams for a cam if not just a Reher Morrsion Hot Rod Series Cam will be good.
3. Honest HP 875-915 max I'd use 14.5:1 compression and toss the 4150 stuff for a good 4500 carb and use a 4500 454R.

Definately go with the compression. You will need a piston with at least 46cc dome to get that, but the power will be well worth it. I would also lean towards the Brodix 3xtra oval port heads if the budget allows it. A Brodix BM or Profiler Sniper manifold and a 1050 dominator will make more power than the 4150 series carb. I have all the parts in stock to do this combo at prices competitive to mail order. I also have a cam that will work, but you will have to call to get it. Can't give the numbers on here. Really for this year I don't have the budget. The short block and valve train is going to run all the budget I have for it this year. Maybe next year I can sell my 325's and 4150 stuff. How do you think this combo will run with the parts that I have? I'm sure the camshaft will be real important.

Hammertime I see you dealt with nyes, I talked to Pat the other day and I think I am going to order the shortblock from him. Was going to do it myself but I can't build it for that kind of money they sell for.

Here is a pic of the car, still has bench seat, back seat, dot's, etc.

Pat is a top notch guy that builds a good motor for a good price. I'd ask him for some camshaft advice also.
