Default How to beef up a 67 Camaro chasis

Now that I've got my bbc figured out, I would like to know what I need to do to strengthen my frame. I'm putting 1200 house to basically a stock frame. It has a ladder but thats about it.

Frame ties for sure and down bars in the front at the very least.

The frame is tied. I forgot to mention that. Anything else that stands out?

Front and rear motor plates, front tied to the down bars and frame.

Default frame

i would not just have only frame connectors if you are running 1200 horsepower ( house), you need a roll bar or your doors will not shut and the seam in the body will start to crack, i dont agree on motor plates or mid plates at least not till you first stiffen the chassis as this chassis is going to really flex with that power
