Buyer Beware: John Albarado aka redcamaro572
rifpff artist

from 3002 Great Valley Dr, Cedar Park TX, 78613
I sent check for parts on 8/20/08 and never received them. He changed our UPS shipping agreement and sent them USPS with NO insurance or tracking. Now he refuses to refund my money. BUYER BEWARE - do not buy parts from this guy.

The post office would usually send you a slip to come pick it up, maybe that is missing and your post office may have it sitting there. Try checking with them if you haven't already and I'll check here after the 29th. Wayne, sorry about it but thats all we can do right now.

I did not rip off Wayne King or anyone else for that matter. So, Wayne calling me a ripoff artist is slander. I have proof I mailed his converter. He NEVER requested I get a tracking # or insurance.... NEVER. We agreed to split the shipping cost for ground only as described in the email. If you read the email you can see that Wayne asked me about tracking #'s after package was already sent.

I have proof that I sent the package.....he claims he never received it - but how do I know Wayne King isn't ripping me off??....he says he bought/sold on the internet 10's of 1000's of dollars worth, I'm just trying to get rid of a few used parts - cheap!

I have filed a complaint with the post office, which I have proof of as well..and if the post office can verify it was never delivered to Wayne King or the address it was shipped to and they refund the money. I will forward it to Wayne King.

Doesn't make sense to me for $.90 you can get a tracking # from USPS, and tells you where it's at and when was delivered. I never ship anything USPS without purchasing this tracking code.

I hope everything is on the up and up as well as everyone else but since we are all blind to the facts it is a must to start pushing to get things like this solved. It is human nature to mount a defense when accused innocent or guilty BUT in the correspondence we can glean the facts most of the time. The simple fact is that you have the check and he has no converter(he says) so the burden of proof is on you 572. The tracking number would have told you to that the converter was delivered and what time and who signed for it. As a matter of fact, I didnt know you could ship anythng without one! It would be a protection for you as much as him.
