Default INTAKES

ANY ONE USE THE MOTOWN SBC 23 DEGREE 4150 INTAKE , AND IF DID ANY COMMENTS ON PERFORMANCE FOR STRICTLY RACE . SHOWTIME RACING

I have done a lot of intake swapping on engine dynos just to see how certain intakes perform and I have seen it produce nice power results. I have used it on street and at the track. Had no problems.

THANKS FOR A REPLY,WAS WONDERING IF THERE ARE GOOD ,BETTER ,BEST SINGLE PLANES AND ANY TIPS ON ANY OF THESE. SHOWTIME RACING

ON my 377sbc it picked up 3 tenths and 3mph. I swapped it at the track ran back to back runs to verify. the guys at World said it would pick up about 20 to 30 hp. Engine has Motown 220 heads on it.out of the box un ported they flowed 280int@600 and 180ex@600.

What intake was on it before the swap?
