suspension help

Default suspension help

all new cal trac set up ,mono leaf and 9 way adj rancho shocks ,28x10 slick,trans break blowing tires off as you can see,1/4 turn preload and shocks set to 5 ,60 ft was terrible 1.64,
any one cal trac exp please set me in right direction

How is the front suspension? It does not look like it is transferring any weight...

has comp shocks set at 90/10 front can be pushed down with minimal force ,it sits app 2.5 inches lower than the rear

Do you have the torsion bar removed?, that will interfer with transfer, if it's still attached.
