Default Spark plug help/advice

I am in need of some advice on a suggested spark plug and heat range to go with. I rcently changed over from gasoline to alcohol in my blown 540 BBC. I have an Enderle bird catcher on it and looking to my fellow alcohol tuners on where to start on with spark plugs. What would you advise on running and I know it has to be a couple of heat ranges lower than race gas, just need a starting point.
Thanks,

NGK 8s or 9s seems to work best out here. Don't go to cold on alcohol.
