what all do u have to do too change a carb from alcohol to gas?

Unbolt it and sell it...then buy one made for gas.
That would be my approach .

They can change it back for you. It'd ne cheaper then buying a new one I am sure and would work very good when done.

I also agree with David.., You already have a modified carb with a few changes you will have a much better carb than if you buy a new stock carb.
With a lot less $$$ spent...
