Default Another vibration problem

I am just getting my 66 Chevy II on the road and also have a vibration at 45-50 MPH. It feels like it is right around the transmission output.

350 SBC, TH400, Ford 9" on a four link.

My question is: How much of the trans yoke should go inside the trans seal and how much should stay out. Worded another way, how much space should be left with the driveshaft pushed all the way forward to put the rear U joint in the pinion yoke?

Thanks,

Steve

when your bolting it up it doesn,t matter ,when it is bolted in the car ,the at ride height you should have 1" to 1" 1/2 of yoke sticking out .that can also depend on how long your yoke is
