Default 461 help

New carb for my bbc 461-hyd roller,10,2 comp,ported ls6 heads,edelbrock manifold nr EDE2927-th 400 stall 4000,engine makes 574 hp on flyweel and 413 rwhp i have a victor single plane manifoild a 1050 dominator on,maybe it is|too big?The car is a 79 malibu and it will be used for 1/8 mile drag an limited road driving.
I am thinking about a 850 cfm-Demon,Proform or a quikfuel caburator.Anny sugestions(the best and the easiest to calibrate)?

The Dominator will be quicker, but you may need to make some metering changes. What model #?
