Default need a glide to handle 1500+ hp, what do I need?

Building a blown alcohol 572 Ford for bracket and some heads up racing. Motor has a 14-71 SSI blower and will be making about 20 pounds of boost. Car is a 65 Fastback tube chassis about 2600 pounds. Have a BTE turbo spline converter that was behind a blower motor and the glide I was using with a carbed motor which has a hardened TCI Turbo shaft, 1.76 gear, JW Bell, Pro Tree brake, handled 800 hp no problem. Do I need to ditch the brake for a blown combo? Not big on transmission stuff, just engines so trying to get an idea of what I need to do to make this tranny stay together. Car will be running mid to low 7's if not faster. Thanks!! Chris

A good aftermarket gearset. Transmission Specialties has a new input shaft made of "NASA" material. At least 7 or 8 thin Alto clutches, couple companies have a 10 clutch drum available. 1500 horse might dip 6's.
