    Rolled quarter panels...NEW Picture included!

    Hey guys need some opinions.
I just bought a car that has one quarter panel rolled under. They cut the lip about every quarter inch just enough to bend it up under to allow for larger tires. I guess they didn't like how it looked so they left the other quarter alone.
What's a good way to fix this? I am concerned it's going to start to rust.
I've though of grinding it down and using some POR15 on it as it is unseen. But I'm wondering if theres a better way. I want to keep the resale on the car valuable.
Your suggestions are welcome, and keep in mind, I'm not a body guy.

Here's a good picture. Its a 93 Mustang GT. As I said it can't be seen unless you look under the quarter panel. But it's a hack job, for sure, on an otherwise flawless car.

    Wheel Well

You should be able to find a replacement panel and if you don't know how to repair it yourself, you could have a body shop replace it. At least they stopped after messing up the one side!!

The last thing I want to do is replace the whole panel. I'm looking for options on repairs, not complete replacement and a repaint.
