Default What rear suspention to use?

I have a 74 Nova that's going to see the 1/4 mile track maybe once a month and about 300 street miles a month. I'm going to mini tubb it this winter and don't know what i want to do, ladder bar or CalTrac split monos & CalTrac bars? Witch one would be the best?

How much HP can CalTrac Slit Monos handle? It seems like it would be a little scary with a 2 piece single leaf. How much HP are some of you running with your CalTrac set up & what kind of times are you running?

Personally, I'm running mid-hi 11's in a DOT tired street car. Only had a couple of "test" runs on them and I love them! (just running the Cal-Tracs)(around 500 hp)
