Put your butt in the car and have someone adjust the preload in the right bar till the front bolt slides in and out with no resistance. Lock her down and go race. If it still turns right then add right side preload one FLAT at a time till it straightens out.

Sounds like you have something binding in there. Those ladder bars should work very free. If you have access to a set of scales I would scale the car and make a preload adjustment with it on the scales and see if it makes a difference in the corner weight. If not then you definately have something bound up or broken as in the bracket pulling away from the rear end housing or something of that nature. It doesn't take but a flat of a turn to make a noticeable change with a free and properly operating suspension.

As far as just turning the bar thing...there's no way I can tell your experience level. You don't say so I can only start at the basics.

Are you giving it negative preload by chance?

If one wheelie bar wheel hits down hard it will lift one tire and will rapidly steer the car to the other side. Or if bar was raidically out of pre-laod adjusting range that could also give more traction to one tire.

Not mentioned here is check the tire rollout, if one tire rolls out less than the other it will never track right no matter how much adjustment you put into it.

Just a thought.
