New here from Sweden
Hey! Im new on this forum and are searching for an American "Pro Street" / modified street cars forum. Im checking often the ads at racingjunk and thougt i could try the forum. Is this maybe a good place for pro-streeters?
Would love to se Prostreet projekt / building pics and get info about them! Any tips where i can find that?
Have myself a Pontiac Firebird that i built in that style with a Chevy 461cui and a 6-71 blower. Everything homebuilt in my garage.
You can se it on my Swedish site at:

Sorry for my bad english, isnt often i talk/write in that.
Best regards / Jocke

Thanks, There was a lot of great cars in the show of thread! Sorry for only swedish on my site, havent had time to translate it in english yet. If you scroll down the first side you se the newest building pics from top. Then it goes "backwards" back to side 3. To the left in the menu you se old pictures / history of an early version with Pontiac engine and simple four link.
I have had the car i 17 years (since ive been 18 ) and now backframed it and done it "more right" with 18" wide tires.
What do you experts say about my camshaft...? I know its not that hot but will it work with a blower and 10psi charge?
Competition Cams hydralic “Magnum” #292H. Advertised duration 292 In. / Ex. .050” = 244. Valve lift .550 / .550.
Im not racing much, mostly drive it on the streets and that works fine. Is it a "disaster" on a blown engine or will it work fine?
It has a 110 degree lobe sep and that isnt very good is it?
You can se my engine specs and chassi/car info at "Recept" in the meny.

Nice car Jocke, and very well put together, i commend you on your abilitly to to build and put together with excellent engineering of the chassis. I too couldn't read the text, but the car speaks for it's self. I have a transplanted friend who lives in Denmark, but he doesn't do cars, he's a drug counsler.
