lunker from michigan sales motor with false info

i baught a motor from mark (lunger) that he said was a 355 sbc with keith black 10.5 to 1 pistons that he said had a fresh over haul witch was all a LIE. it was a standard bore with stock pistons and all the bearings were into the brass. MOTOR IS JUNK AND NOW HE WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS :x [/b]

Why didn't you pull the pan?or did you buy it without seeing it?I NEVER BUY A MOTOR WITHOUT PUTTING MY HANDS ON IT FIRST<AND THE PAN DOES COME OFF!
