Default Best way to make power and pass Calif smog test

Guys I cant find a carb or intake, cam to pass calif smog.Car is a 77 impala coupe.Very hard to find. 4 doors are everywhere not the coupe.I get offers for this car all the time.rebuilt engine 350 new tranny with shift kit.Flow master 2 chamber 3 inch pipe(single).I am open for suggestions to make more power and still pass smog.Would some roller rockers with some port work even be worth the $.Who has the combo to meet the task?Thanks...

sorry man..i live on the east coast ( South Carolina)..we DO NOT have all that smog control stuff here.....run whatever you bolt on....

it will take someone that has dealt with this type thing..

i guess you could bolt on a PRO-CHARGER and claim is was a smog pump.
i will guarantee this will wake up your ride...

Yes, roller rockers would definetly free up so horsepower. they say you can expect anywhere from 15 to 30 horsepower increase, your valve train will thank you in the long run.
I've seen allot of good deals on here for them, check in the engine parts section under drag race. They are many venders that would love to help you out.
Also I say this allot only because its the has the most bang for your buck. nitrous is a quick & easy and safe upgrade that's afforable and its harmless if used in small quanties on stock motors. You can get a small adjustable kit for about 300 bucks and put the 75 hp jets in it and have a blast and the best thing is it will not affect you emissions at all.
