drilling spark plugs???
I found this article on drilling a hole through the ground strap over the electrode on a spark plug to increase the spark . I have never heard of this???anybody that has?????

I think even if this did work, the minute gain (if any) wouldn't be worth my time! JMO!

The reason for this, I believe, is that the more sharp edges you have on a plug, the more spark you can get out of it. This is one of the reasons I use NGK or ND plugs. I can't remember the last time I used an american plug in a car.

I never noticed NGK plugs were not made in USA. Goes to show you something as small as a spark plug isn't even produced in the states.

All that time and effort when you can buy plugs that are made better. Time is money and the infitisamal gain for a daily driver isn't worth it. IMHO

I'd sooner buy a better ignition system than screw around with drilling spark plugs.

This sounds like something that might have been done before all the fancy plugs and ignition systems we have today, I just thought yall might get a kick out of it,,Paul :D
