2003 VETTE BACKFIRE/BUSTING OUT
 
:x I HAVE ALOT OF PERFORMANCE WORK DONE TO MY CAR,EX,NOS,CAM ,ITS BEEN RUNNING GREAT UNTIL ABOUT 2 DAYS AGO AND WHEN YOU GO PAST 1/2 THROTTLE IT FALLS ON ITS FACE AND BACKFIRES THROUGH THE EXHAUST UNTIL YOU LET OFF OF IT AND THEN IT RUNS PERFECT,ANY IDEAS?

sounds like fuel starved, check filter, fuel presure & volume. possible pluged sock in fuel tank. if you have a fuel cell possible foam from fuel cell pluging up filter.

yup sounds like a lean condition to me check you're fuel delivery system

call me crazy, but I just experienced the same thing while running on the dyno with a new build. The short of it was I was a little low on tranny fluid. There are built in electronics in a corvette that shut down the motor just as you described. I know I probably gonna catch a little flack on this one, but that was the fix.
