Rear wheel openings
 

Thinking of building an 02 Cavalier for Top Sportsman. Are the rear wheel openings cut & sectioned, moved forward and a piece added to the top of the opening. Or are the openings re-radiused and a new lip added to the opening. The reason i ask is, I know a lot of the newer Cavalier bodies are fiberglass, if you look at these cars the wheel openings are extended and they are raised up a bit. Actually it looks like they go up to the height of the door handle. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
