how much can i safely mill off of a 487 cast# sbc cast heads without running into problems it got 76 cc cumbustion chamber im looking to get it down to around 60cc

Depends if your flat milling or angle milling. There are ways to get to 60cc and lower.

what would get me down to a 60cc and if you know a ball park estimate of cash to have it done flat or angle and what kinda problems would i have with either of them??

around $300-$350.00 to mill the heads to 60cc.

You first angle mill then flat mill. You also need to correct the intake face.
