10 to 10.5 to 1. If it were me i'd run better aluminum heads.

Even being on a buddget I'd wait and save untill i could afford the heads i wanted. i personaly am saving for a set of afr's, but dart also makes a good set of heads. I bought edel brocks before I knew any thing at all about flow numbers( still don't know a whole lot about them except that you want the bigestset numbers out of the appropriate size runners @ 28'' of water). Once i get the afr's I'm saving for I'll also have the edelbrocks. If i'd done more research I would have spent the extra 600.00 then instead of spending 1000 then and 1600 now. Now i personaly don't have experience with the procomps but alot of people have complained about them. I would suppose that if you bought them and did and extensive port job on them changed springs to match the camshaft they wouldnt be any worse than stock heads. for the same price you could clean up a set of aluminum vortecs have the appropriate machine work done to accomodate a high lift cam and get an intake to fit the vortecs and have alot better flow. But with this being said the edelbrocks that i bought flowed alot better than my 882's. jmo. good luck with your project.
