383 stroker Which spark plug?? Timing?

I have a 383 stroker witch 10.25: 1 Compression ratio, and was wondering what spark plug I need to run. NGK B6RS? 3/8 thread length? And also was wondering what I need to set the timing at. 91 Octane fuel.

I set the Cam center line to 104 deg it is supposed to be 106 but after everything seats in it usually moves up 2 degrees.

if your using a programable ignition, call the company and give
them your engine specs and what box you are using and man
they can give you the right plug and timing to save you
the headache i had, started with spit fires and ended up
using AC non-risistors and man it made a difference, can't
remember the timing, good luck bud,
