Gentlemen, I need to get a hold of this person asap suzukikid15, his name is Wynton Roddy. I bought this turbo kit from him, I sent him 2 postal office Money orders and delivered overnight. I got hold of him on the 2nd of July and he said he was packing the turbo kit. I have tried since the 3rd to reach him, with no response and now the cell phone is disconnected. If anyone in this board can reach him please have him call me asap at 334-464-7928. If he does not contact me between now and tomorrow with a tracking number I will take legal actions against him. Ad indicates a New Mexico address and the phone number is also out of New Mexico. I just tried to call it is disconnected just as you stated.

This guys race space indicates he is located in Joliet, Illinois.

Using a reverse phone directory, the phone number is listed as a cell phone number.

I smell a fish....

He lives in New Mexico, he sign for the Overnight Delivery Express, which I have a proof of delivery from USPS. This really sucks, this was for my sons car, and he was exited about having a turbo.

If this dude used USPS thats mail fraud.

What is his full name and mailing/shipping address.

Send a demand notice to the address Return Receipt Request and list Prize Notification on sender info of Receipt. That way if hes not there he will be sure to go and pick it up at the post office.

Report the fraud to your USPS postal inspectors office asap.

Try looking up his name and address in the white pages. If you can't find him maybe you'll find one of his realitives. If you get a realitive get all the info out of them on him you can. If they don't provide you info don't threaten just ask them to have him contact you asap. If all fails then tell them what has happened and let them know what he has done.

Just remember you are on a fact finding mission right now. Be polite and gather all the info you can on this guy in hopes to contact him.

Its guys like this that really get under my skin.

So you have a real number and a bunch of places where he plays.

Do this: use www.intellius.com and pay $12.00 to get an address on the 815 number. You will now have a legit address.

Now you need to be prepared to poop where he eats. POST on all boards that he ripped you off, and see what he does.

You need to make sure he knows you are following him online to spread the word and let his friends know he ripped you as well as notifying site administrators.

Wickdgt, it took me five minutes to find this info on Wynton Roddy and it would take probably about a week for me to squeeze him like a juicy orange and get my stuff- but that is something you'll need to do.

Well now this POS would not answer at all, get this. The second kit that he had for sell here in this site, sold it to a guy in TX and did the same thing to him too. So, I'll be contacting the other guy so now we have a case against this pos. You guys need to ban this guy from here. Don't do it yet until we get this resolve.

This has been resolved.

Long and short...

The scammer's disabled mom sent the buyer back his money, plus a 100.00 tip.

The buyer is now going after the scammer for criminal charges.
