Jeep evaporator core replacement

Just wondering anybody ever replaced the evaporator core or heater core in a 03 jeep wrangler? I just did this past weekend. What a pain and the repair manual I have left out a few things . Now that I have done it it would not be as bad to do it again. I know where everything is.

You musta use a Chilton or Haynes ! Just enough info to get you into real trouble .....

Haynes I won't get anther one that's for sure. To make it worse my wife called today on her way home and said the a/c stoped working again. I sprayed soapy water all over it last night with no bubbles. I gased it back up tonight and the evaporator is leaking again. To say I am POed would be an understatement. The worst part is we checked and rechecked for leaks last night.

It's been described to me in this way;
R-12 molecules are basket balls
R-134 is a grain of sand and will leak out where R-12 will not.
Therefore the needed annual recharge of older vehicles.
