Fellow racer needs help.
 

I have a friend that lost his leg tonight while we were working on a car. The nitrous bottle exploded amputating his left leg. He was allready out of work due to an injury. I would do the work on the car while he told me what to do. He has no insurance so I was wanting to set up some type of account and see if I could get some donations. Freak things happen. When I was 15 yrs old our air compressor exploded...turned it inside out like a bisquit can and blew a hole in the garage. Prayers will be with the guy. I hate hearing crap like this.

Never heard of such a thing happening. I wonder what conditions caused such a mishap.

I have heard of it happening when the bottle was -overheated- but it is a total shame and pray the man recovers and for his family

I ran an ad letting people know about this accident and that I was going to post the info on how to donate money today but it got deleted. Any one know why they would do that?

Very few times am I speechless, but .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ..... :cry: WOW, I hope he's ok, If there is such after that.
