Background/History
Our sponsor purchased this car in the picture above, #38 in 2001 for our son, David Perry to run in the Hills Brother�s 2002 NASCAR All Pro Series. It was a dream come true. David had been racing for about 8 years and had really done well. We were so excited about this opportunity. Then before we even go the car on the track, our sponsor quit. To this day the car has never been put on the track. It has been covered up in our garage ever since with the hopes to one day find another sponsor. This has not happened. We have decided it is time to sell the car and move on with our lives.

The Hamner Chevy 9:1 Engine
9:1 Engine has been a very successful engine combination for many seasons. This engine has won about every major event and championship in Super Late Model Racing across the country. It has won the Snowball Derby on numerous occasions, the All-American 400, World Classic, Rattler and the Governor�s Cup, just to name a few. With the track record this engine has, it is the obvious choice for the �Elite� in Super Late Model Racing. This motor was set up by Joe Gibbs Racing. Our purchase price was $32,500 for the engine plus the options listed below for a total engine price of $34,850.
