dwarf car never raced roller or complete pro

i have a pro 1 chassie dwarf car that was bought new by a family member and never race d(it went about 10 laps on a test and tune nite only)It is complete with a gs motor that has many very good parts (approx.190 HP)It has some surface rust here and there and the original tires are dry cracked.I would sell this complete for 4400 or 2800 with no motor.this had 13000 invested when my cousin bought it new .It has been sitting around alot but gets started every year.may need some brake work from sitting??
