Sleeper cab is not frame mounted, it is floating on 6 air bags

The chassis is a 1990 that was stripped down to just 2 frame rails

The frame rails, cross members, some suspension casting for front springs/radiator support, front axle and some other aluminum castings was all that was reused to build this toterhome

Reused castings were sandblasted frame rails were doubled. Starting from the front, New hubs , Bearings, Seals, Brakes, Drums, Brake chambers, King Pins, Ball joints, FT. Springs & Roller bearing hangers, Steering box & Steering shaft, Radiator, Fan & Fan hub, Condenser & every piece of A/C system was replaced to 134A.

Motor is a Cummins NTC444 factory crate remanufactured.

Transmission is an Eaton RTX 12009B a 9 Speed remanufactured by Eaton

Rear new Rockwell RS23-180 complete with 3:58 ratio & air operated locker
The rear suspension changed to 2002 model, Peterbilt Low air Leaf -all rear suspension was new.

All braking components on rear were new as well

Fifth wheel and slides were changed to New Holland grease less (no grease needed)

In spring of 2005. Every piece of the air system was new, Air drier, every
valve, 99.5% of the air lines are stainless steel braided as well as all the fuel lines.

The cab is a complete deluxe day cab from Peterbilt with 2002
model dash layout, Air windows.

The hood was a new complete hood from Peterbilt with headlight pods.

The roof is one piece of aluminum.

The bunk is a square tubing steel and 14' long that was sheeted on the outside with .060 hard aluminum sheets.

Rides on 6 air bags

The walls and roof have 1" insulation and 2" of insulation in the floor.

Inside bunk is all hard wood paneling and oak trim.
Oak hard wood floor was installed.

The windows in bunk are double pained insulated

There is a flushing toilet/Shower combo ,sink, macerator
Full length mirror, Exhaust fan, and Recessed florescent lighting in
bathroom.

On demand water heater.

2 Spring Steel couches fold into beds, captains air ride chairs in front,
