Chassis jig, 2 rail, 20 feet long. Precision built to be perfectly level from front to rear and left to right. Unit has 6 castered wheels that are adjustable to conform to floor irregularities and allow for easy movement around the shop. It also comes with 6 adjustable low-profile legs for a more permanent location. Cross braces (Blue 2"x2"x3/8" thick tubing) bolt to ½" holes drilled and tapped every 3 inches for the first 4 feet on each end. After 4 feet the holes are spaced every 6". A total of 153 tapped holes allow unlimited placement of cross braces or jig fixtures. Each ½" hole has a setscrew installed to protect the threads. The main rails are 4" x 6" x ¼" tubing. Excellent for building new frames or repairing bent ones. Freshly primered and painted. We can deliver. Location determines delivery costs.
