No, not me. The wife has signed up for the National Guard. She's going in as an aviation mechanic. That means SHE"LL be the bread winner of the household now. I'm good with that. There's a strong possibility that she can get a job on post here during the week with the civilian company that maintains the birds. She went to M.E.P.S. and did well on the physical and has a ship date in September. That'll give her time to get in shape. Woo Hoo, I finally have someone to do P.T. with! It's kind of exciting. Now, she'll have more flight time than me in Blackhawks. How cool is that?

Dude that's awesome!!! I'm a fellow wrench in the aviation industry and LOVE it!! Been doing this for 22 years now and YES the money is good. Well depends on who your working for. I can tell that I never served and at times feel less than because if that. So I have the UTMOST respect for all the men and women who are just doing there JOB!!! God Speed to all that are over there and those who will be deploying. Dave
