Originally a California truck with a convertible top and factory roll bar. It has original orange paint and the truck is solid. It has been in Michigan for the past five years. The only times it has been driven in the winter the five years I have owned it is to take my son to school on 3 separate occasions. Other than that, there has been to serious prolonged winter driving since I have owned it. Honestly I would have to say I don't believe there was any prolonged winter driving prior to my ownership. That statement is based on what a clean survivor it is. Dana 60's front and rear with 4:10 gears. The axles are fresh only having 600 miles on them since being completely rebuilt. Chevy front hubs with Warn lockouts and crossover steering. The rear axle has Yukon 35 spline axle shafts, Richmond locker, disc brakes, and custom Chevy style rear shock mount arrangement for better ride and articulation as well as for better obstacle clearance for the lower shock mount at the axle. Tires are BF Goodrich 315 75 16 which are 35" equal. It has a Skyjacker 4" soft ride all spring lift. The frame is boxed well at power steering to prevent ripping it off in rough wheeling conditions. Also installed are, Energy Suspension polyurethane body mounts. It also includes a new MSD 6AL non rev limiter ignition box, new aluminum radiator, new dual SPAWL electric puller fans with adjustable relays, new 3/8" stainless steel fuel line, newer working fuel sending unit, super duper clean new looking gas tank and I know because I've seen inside of it, very nice and tight rebuilt tilt steering column with no slop at all, NP 205 married transfer case and a fresh rebuilt 727 trans for a big block with a new extra deep pan for extra fluid capacity and fluid cooling ability, have drive shafts for it, have new Flow master series 50 dual exhaust that is stored in the trusses of the shop. I have two extra fenders, two extra door shells and one extra bird bath hood. I had no problems with the factory wiring when it was running. It has no engine so it will need to be towed. The truck originally had a 360 from the factory. Put your own long block of choice in it with the transmission and transfer case, connect some random things and fire it up. With the right torque and horsepower you'll have a monster on your hands. Lets not forget the towing ability it'll have. When this truck was running it drove down the road so damn good for an altered 38 year old rig. It is what I call a survivor. I have moved on to another project so this one is up for grabs.
