TWIN TURBO VIPER V10!!
This is a 2003 8.3l Viper V10 with a custom hand built twin turbo kit. This setup was designed to fit in a 99-04 mustang with very tight clearances so a lot of attention to detail went into making sure everything fit nice and tight as well as being accessible to work on. With this being made to fit in a small car like a Mustang it would have no problem fitting in your pro-touring, restomod or other hot rod project with little work. There are a lot of parts included in this sale and I will go into detail about them. No cheap knock off parts were used and everything in this turbo kit is 304 stainless or aluminum. Here is a list of what is included:
-2003 8.3l 505Ci Viper V10 (27,000 miles)
-Engine included all accessories: PS pump, ac compressor, alternator, belt.. its all there.
-2003 Viper T56 with factory clutch and stock shifter
-Twin Precision PT6266 CEA Ported Shroud Billet wheel turbos. Journal bearing. (BRAND NEW) Ceramic Coated exhaust housing, painted compressor cover. Vband .82AR
-Twin Precision PW46 Wastegates with all extra springs and fittings. V Band connections.
-JGS600 Blow off valve mounted on 3" charge pipe after intercooler.
-Custom 3" downpipes made to be symeterical and accomidate parts like the brake booster and AC line. Bungs in both for wideband o2 sensors. Ceramic coated.
-Custom 5-1 turbo headers. 1.75" stainless primaries into a stainless collector with a 2.5" outlet with a Vband connection. All tubing is mandrel bent and tig welded.
-3" Exhaust from down pipes back tucked tightly against the body of that Mustang, over the axle and out the side of the bumper not the back. All mandrel bent and tig welded.
-Stainless Dynomax straight through mufflers.
-Brackets made to hold the weight of the turbos, not the headers and piping to reduce stress on them.
-Full 6061 aluminum mandrel bent and tig welded cold side.
-Custom air to air intercooler. core size is 9"Hx24"Wx3.5"D (overall height is around 13")
-Fuel system includes:
-Custom fuel rails with aluminum covers for fuel injectors and wiring. -8an inlets
-8an feed line, all aluminum hard line
-6an return line, aluminum hard line
-Aeromotive AEI-13151 Platinum regulator
-Aeromotive AEI-15633 pressure gauge
-Walbro 400LPH fuel pump and install kit.
-Inland Empire Driveshaft. 4" aluminum. (yes it was custom made to fit the length of the Mustang. It would be able to be modified by IE though.
-C&R Racing radiator CIR-852-31191 Dual Pass design with 2" cast aluminum elbow fitting. 31"Wx18.5"H
-16" Electric fan
-Spall electric fan controller
-C&R knurled aluminum cap
-Vintage Air universal AC compressor -8 inlet -6 outlet
-Full engine (uncut) wiring harness. Factory PCM and fuse box included all fuses and relays are in place.
-Full dash harness with OBDII port and the ability to run the stock gauge cluster if youd like.
-Four 2003 Viper Service manuals
-Stock heat shields that are formable to fit around new turbo headers if desired
-NEW oem multilayer steel header gaskets
-OEM ac lines
-Moroso Oil catch can
-Stock injectors/clips included
-Theres a matching radiator cap, filler neck, and two 1/2" NPT weld bungs to build an over flow tank
-NEW Factory hydraulic clutch actuater and resivoir, 1/4 adjustable rod end welded on the end of the shank to mount to mustang clutch pedal.
-NEW Factory Oil cooler with an adaptors and -10an swivel fittings (lines still need to be made)
-NEW Factory (FORD) 1996 Cobra Hydroboost
-A few Misc -3an nuts and ferruls to make more hard line for oil feed line for the turbos and for vacuum lines for WG and BOV.
The Engine is from a 2003 Viper not a srt10 ram. The oil pan, pickup tube and dipstick were swapped with one from the Ram to get the "normal" shape. It was then modified for clearance reasone. No oil capacity was lost and it was leak tested. It was tig welded being that it is aluminum.
There really are a lot of parts included in this package deal. Yes it was designed around a 99-04 mustang but that acutally makes it easier to fit into something else because of how tight everything fit. The quality of work on this build is top notch. There is one broken sensor, the coolant temp sensor. Inexpensive part to replace. I will have to cut the exhaust to fit in onto a pallet. It will be a nice clean square cut so fixing it will be no issue.
