We have been Strange dealers for almost thirty years now and the only problem we have ever really had is these steering arms bend. Lots of bad things happen when your steering arms flex or bend. The first thing that happens if your steering arms bend is that it changes the inclination angle compared to the plane of your control arms causing bumpsteer issues. Next, most people set the caster using these arms as their reference point and that can cause you to have two different caster settings which is also not good. Lastly there is always the concern with cycling metal eventually failing ( I have never witnessed this, but it could happen). You should check these arms and see if they are flat and straight, if not bolt a set of these braced units on and sleep better at night.
