PRICE REDUCED. This gorgeous, fully restored example of American "big fin" design was popularized in Stephen King's movie "Christine" (I know she was a '58). The '59 Belvedere 2DHT is a very rare find today, and has several significant upgrades, making it more enjoyable to own/drive. It gets ridiculous amounts of attention at car shows and cruise nights, because nobody has one, and the design is truly art on wheels, and people recognize and appreciate such combinations.
The 318 V8 was upgraded using correct '57 Plymouth dual quad intake, carbs, and air cleaners, giving it 290hp. It features the original push-button Torqueflight, PS, upgraded power 4WDB, Vintage AC/Heat, Stewart Warner gauges, aluminum radiator, 12-volt conversion, and new 20-inch Ridler wheels/tires (original wheels/caps/whitewalls come with the car). It runs great, drives smooth & tight, and isn't a sloppy or leaky car. This previously California car has all original body panels, floors, and trunk pan. It has beautiful paint and body in the original "BB" powder blue poly. All chrome & stainless was restored & shows well. The blue/white interior is excellent, with clean, well-stuffed upholstery, detailed padded dash, nice door panels, and perfect headliner. Everything works, even the clock, but there's currently no sound system installed. The trunk is finished/detailed to the same level as the interior. This car is in show quality condition, ready to go, and is priced significantly less than the few comparable others out there, esp given its completely restored condition and upgrades.
Will consider reasonable cash offers or trades up or down, but only for nice, finished, desirable cars. Trade value will be higher. Can help with financing.
Accepted Desirable classic cars and trucks, up or down. No bikes or stuff nobody wants.
