For Sale, and available after the 2016 SCCA National Championship Runoffs, is my 2006 Cadillac CTS-V built to run in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) National Championship Road Racing Series. The car was purpose built to the 2016 SCCA America Sedan (AS) rules to be the fastest RP car in the class. The #44 was completed in 2015 by the staff at “Engines by JB” racing, V2 Motorsports and Brian Vinson Racing Suspensions. Only the highest quality components were used (or fabricated)/ no expense spared throughout the build process.
Our short term goal (within 2 years) was to develop a CTSV race-car and first win Club races (7 wins: Waterford), then to win Regional Races (8 wins: Mid-Ohio, Gingerman) and then to compete at the highest level SCCA ‘Majors’ Races (2 podium finishes in its first Majors race). All goals have been accomplished!
The car has won OVER 50% of the races entered, has been on the podium for 82% and is the CURRENT TRACK RECORD HOLDER (1:35.7 on 8/2016) at Mid-Ohio. The recent sweep of the Mid-Ohio (7/2016, 8/2016) Regionals and the third place finish at the Gingerman (7/2016) Majors (loss only to former AS Champions McDermid and Heinricy) signals the completion of development. (Race history documented below) This car has just entered, and is IN, it’s PRIME.
Owner / Driver has decided to pursue other hobbies and is selling this fully developed AS CTS-V: 100% ready to race and WIN.
