Up for sale is my 1988 air force ambulance bus. It has 25k original miles on it and is 35' long. Has an International DT466 210hp and an Allison MT643 automatic transmission. Auto leveling air ride rear. Runs fine starts right up. New battery. Tires all have great tread. Left front tire was replaced and not centered perfectly (Dayton style rims) so it shakes some at high speed. Head room is 6'5" center isle. It is an International 1853 chassis and an Am-Tran body. All glass is intact with no cracks. Claimed seating capacity is 44. It only has seats for the front half of the bus and is designed to hold 16 stretchers in a bunk fashion. I have repositioned the seats but they can be returned to their original location. Has a 3cyl diesel motor in the rear that powers the HVAC system. Was converted to R134a with new compressors but has not been filled. Little to no rust but paint is fading from age and they did not use anything with a UV resistance (photo was taken after paint was buffed but it did not hold). Does come with a nice air ride seat to replace the original vinyl non air ride half back.
Has clean and clear MO title
This is a good base to build something out of.
